Inquiry metadata (name, role, institution, mandate type, message) submitted through the Engage channel. Strictly used to qualify the engagement and respond. Never sold, never shared with third parties.
All engagement-level data — diagnostics, doctrine artefacts, platform telemetry — remains the sovereign property of the institution. IN-BiiS holds it under strict mandate-bound confidentiality.
Inquiry data is retained for 24 months from last contact unless the institution requests earlier deletion at hello@in-biis.com.
The platform uses only first-party operational telemetry necessary for delivery and performance. No advertising trackers. No cross-site profiling.
